To make the process transparent, with timing and responsibility read together, the available market is the United States, where every order has free standard delivery and tracking. Fulfillment preparation takes 1-2 business days and estimated carrier movement takes 4-6 business days after shipment; timing may vary.

As part of our service commitment, with the customer action presented plainly, returns without cause and exchanges are available within 30 days after receipt. We cover shipping on approved no-reason and quality-problem returns, and the original payment account generally receives an approved refund in 5-10 business days. Custom-made, clearance/Final Sale, gift-card, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive purchases fall outside the no-reason option, while consumer remedies for damage, defects, incorrect delivery, and missing goods continue.

As the applicable store rule, with the fulfillment point kept unambiguous, cancellation is possible before shipment; after dispatch the Refund Policy controls. Prices and settlement are in USD, taxes are charged under applicable law, and fraudulent, unlawful, unauthorized, or materially mispriced orders may be rejected or cancelled.
